Billing, Subscriptions & Payments
All billing is handled by Microsoft — not by Cyful365. Cyful365 is sold exclusively through the Microsoft commercial marketplace. Microsoft processes all payments, manages subscriptions, and issues invoices. Cykube Ltd does not hold your payment details and cannot process refunds or billing changes.

Invoices are issued by Microsoft and show Cyful365 as the product. Cykube Ltd does not issue invoices separately.
Frequently Asked Questions
After subscribing on Microsoft AppSource you will be redirected to a one-time setup page. Click Connect Microsoft 365 and sign in with your administrator account. Microsoft will show you the list of read-only permissions Cyful365 is requesting — click Accept. Your dashboard loads within 60 seconds.
Cyful365 accesses only the security-relevant data it needs to provide the service, and processes it for the sole purpose of giving you the summaries and insights you see. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
We hold a basic account record — your organisation name, contact email and subscription status — solely to manage your account, and we keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service. Full details, including the categories of data we process and how long we keep them, are in our Privacy Policy.

Click Remove
This immediately ends Cyful365's access to your security data. Your account record held by Cykube Ltd will be deleted within 30 days.
Cyful365 works with Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, E3, and E5.
Coverage is most comprehensive on Business Premium and E5, which include Microsoft’s more advanced security features. On lower plans, some security signals may not be available in your tenant, so you may see fewer insights.
When you connect Cyful365, Microsoft shows you a consent screen listing exactly what access is requested, and you approve it before anything is connected. Cyful365 asks only for read-only access to the security-relevant information in your Microsoft 365 environment that it needs to provide the service — for example, security signals and the basic account context needed to present them to you.
Check you are signed in with the correct Microsoft 365 administrator account.
Try logging out and back in — your session may have expired.
If the issue continues, email contact@cyful.net with your tenant domain and the error message shown on screen.
This means the account you used to connect is not an administrator of the Microsoft 365 tenant. Cyful365 requires an administrator to grant consent because it requests organisation-wide read permissions.
Sign in with an administrator account and try again, or ask your IT administrator to complete the connection on your behalf.

Go to Billing → Your products
Find Cyful365 and select Cancel subscription
Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation is handled entirely by Microsoft. Cykube Ltd does not need to be contacted to cancel.
Invoices are available at admin.microsoft.com under Billing → Invoices. They are issued by Microsoft and show Cyful365 as the product. Cykube Ltd does not issue invoices separately.
